Everyone loved Alice. She was very enjoyable to be around. She was everyone's friend, and a very sweet girl. Alice's sister is Polly, their parents died in a car crash a long time ago. Polly is friends with Sara and Jessica, whom are both Alice's friends too. All four of them went to a high school that had just been closed. Now this year they are being crossed over to a new high school with all new people. Jessica came one week late to school because her vacation lasted one week too long. The first person she saw was Alice. Alice wanted to throw a party. She wanted to invite people from their old school and from the new one so that they can all get together and meet one another. Jessica thought it would be a brilliant idea. Jessica's first day of school wasn't going so great. She had trouble finding her classes and unlocking her locker. She wasn't used to this school and liked the old one much better. It did get a little better though, when she met Michael. She didn't know that they had to share lockers in this school. But when she opened her locker she found grape juice spilt all over her sweater that cast her A LOT of money. Michael came up to her and realized his grape juice had spilt all over her sweater. He apologized greatly and introduced himself. Jessica forgot about the sweater and introduced herself too. She went on through her classes watching what goes on in this new school. Then she had seen Clair. Clair was the most popular girl in school and a cheerleader. Jessica used to be a cheerleader in her last school and dreamt of becoming the homecoming queen. But for some reason the new school didn't want any of the incoming students to become cheerleaders. Jessica knew that if she wanted to become homecoming queen, she had found her competition. In one of Jessica's classes she spotted a really cute guy. His name was Bill. Sara had told her he was going out with Clair. Jessica got a crush on him almost immediately. Meanwhile, Nick was an incoming student to this school too. Except he was from a very dangerous black neighborhood and it was a gift to finally get out of his old town. But nobody in this school seemed to accept him; they were all prejudice in some way. There were only two blacks in the entire school. No one talked to him and he talked to nobody. One day when he was lifting weights because that was the only thing the PE teacher could find him to do, one of the football players, The Rock, started a fight with him for no reason. Nick won, of course, he had grown up in the most dangerous neighborhood. The coach came in and The Rock had said that Nick had started it and the football players agreed. Except Russ. Russ had told him what had happened. He didn't like the way Nick was being treated, but mostly he didn't like the coach. Nick was let go. Nick went on with his day quietly as usual. To him it was useless to try to make friends in this school. Or that's what he thought until he met Maria. Maria was a very sweet girl who was either Mexican or South American. She was very nice to Nick. She gave him money for soda because he was short of cash. She also congratulated him on winning the fight. Nick had changed his mind because he already had started to like this girl. Alice had been continuing her plans for a party and gave each one of them some invitations to give out. Polly had agreed to give the party but not voluntarily. Sara had ran into a guy named Russ while walking down the sidewalk. She got into a little argument with him, like always, he helped her up and apologized when she realized he was running a race. She shoed him off before he lost and felt a little bad
that he might loose. Alice kept telling Jessie that there was someone she wanted her to meet. She wouldn't tell Jessie who, but it was Michael. Alice did not know that they had already met. Michael met Alice's creepy boyfriend, Clark, at the football game. He seemed quite strange. Nobody had really met him, no one knew his last name. He used to go out with Polly and now he was going out with Alice but Alice didn't like something about him so she didn't invite him to the party. Polly goes outside of the football game to find Russ in a tree, drunk, trying to chop it down with an ax. Turns out his bumping into Sara and losing the race got him kicked off the team and he was real upset. He got real confused and thought Polly was Sara. Polly gave him a ride home, putting his ax into her trunk. Michael is great friends with Bubba. Both him and Michael are considered the smartest people in school and don't even have to worry about their grades. Michael had met Nick and became friends with him and gave him a job. Bubba wanted to go out with Clair, Nick really liked Maria and Michael had instantly fell in love with Jessica so Bubba helped them all get a date. Jessica needed help in chemistry and decided to ask Michael for help so she said for his help she'll take him to the movies. Jessica thought of it a different then Michael though. Also, Jessica set up Russ and Sara because Sara was starting to like him. Also, at school the other day Sara and Polly joke around and put Sara's name as the new ASB president. Sara doesn't even like the idea of ASB so she goes up there and tells them all it was her friends fault for putting her name into it and that she doesn't even think the school needs an ASB president. Strangely, she got voted the ASB president and was stuck with the job. First thing Sara does is gets Russ back on the team, then she tried to get rid of homecoming all together which upset the students, she wasn't off to a good start. Many more things happen in this book but they all lead up to a major incident. At the end of the party, only Nick, Maria, Jessica, Kats (a strange friend of Michael and Bubba's who had a gun collection and held up Michael's store as a joke), Polly, Sara, Russ, Bubba, Clair, The Rock and quite possibly Clark, were still there. And they all heard the gunshot. The gunshot that led to a death of a Princess. Something none of them will forget at their senior year of school. After Alice's death, no one was the same. Michael had become obsessed with finding out the story of her death. She had a gun in her mouth and police had said that it was suicide. But Michael knew Alice, and Alice would never do that. Everyone goes through a depressive point of life. It is now the wintertime and everyone seems to be a little better, happy too! Jessica hadn't talked to Michael since he snapped at her in Alice's house and she now wait outside Michael's house waiting for him to return home. She starts practicing on her SAT's and forgets about him. He saw her and approached her and they talked. He apologized for what he said and she apologized too and they realized they never did go tot he movies and made another plan to go. Michael went out for basketball team and he also got Nick to join too. The results for homecoming court just came out. The four princesses wore Clair (of course), Some girl they didn't know too well, Jessica, and strangely, Maria. Maria couldn't talk to Nick anymore because her father and mother didn't trust her with him. She was after all, an illegal alien. Nick thought she didn't' like him anymore. Nick had been fired from the 7-Eleven he worked with Michael at because the police had taken him in to question Alice's death. But Michael got him another job. Sara was doing great as ASB president. She had raised tons of money for the homecoming dance she rescheduled for winter. She was going to rent a tent and have a float come in with the princesses. It was all perfect. Sara still liked Russ very much and had found out where he works. She was hanging out there when she saw him and decided to wander over there and accidentally bump into him. He didn't seem like he really wanted to talk to her and they got into another argument caused by Sara's attitude and criticism. Sara got very mad and slammed the door to the freezer he was unloading in and accidentally locked him in there. But she also left her purse there. Her purse which contained all of the homecoming money. Russ got fired because he had to use the ax to chop down the door to get out. His parents got angry and he had no place to stay so he went to Polly's. Just before Russ showed up at Polly's, Clark did. He didn't know Alice was dead until he read about it. He kissed Polly and seemed interested in her. He saw her aunt who was dying and kept saying to smother here to get her out of her way but she didn't want to do that. Michael had come earlier and given her a paper to sign to give him permission to check out Alice's autopsy report. Clark wanted to see it and Polly told Clark that Michael might be looking for him because he thinks he may have killed her. Sara panics that she has no money and resorts to Bubba. The rich guy. But he is also a cheater and a scumbag. He said he'd take what money she has left and put that into the market and try to double it but only if she slept with him. She agreed because she was desperate. But the worst part is that he may end up losing the money. He said he'd handle all the bills for her. Jessica really wanted to be homecoming queen and was
really trying to beat Clair. When Polly told her that she saw Clair looking really sick in the clinic, Jessica decided to say loudly "you don't she had some type of an operation, hopefully not an abortion" and ended up spreading the rumor that Clair had an abortion. Jessica stood Michael up to go somewhere with Bill. At SAT's Jessica accidentally mistook sleeping pills for No-Doz and wasn't doing too good in the SAT's so Michael slipped her some answers but soon he found out they had different tests and she totally failed. Michael continued his search for Alice's killer and keeps trying to tell Jessica how he feels for her. Jessica continued trying her hardest to become Homecoming queen. She realized she likes Michael but doesn't think he feels the same for her. Nick continues trying to get Maria's attention. Bubba stays with Clair but also is trying to sleep with Sara. Sara is mad that Russ is staying at Polly's and is trying to get everything organized. Maria is trying to get her dad to let her go out with Nick. Polly is very confused by Clark but is trying not to let him find out Russ is staying at her house. Many things go on and yet again are all ended with a ruin of a princess. Many of the same people remain after the dance. Someone had chopped down the Varsity tree and the surprise homecoming queen had been on the float, when it collapsed. Their senior year at school is now at an end. 2 major things have happened: A death of an angel, Alice killed herself or was murdered; and the fall of a
princess, Maria, who became homecoming princess just like a dream and fell from the top of the sabotaged float. It is now the end of the year, the last
day. Maria is paralyzed and in a rehabilitation center. Jessica disappeared for a few weeks, just to get a hold of herself. Michael, seeing she was gone, left school. He was aloud to, as long as he was working on a project because he was after all one of the smartest kids. Clair also left school. They were all back for the last day of school. Sara had grown fond of her position as ASB president. She had very big plans for the senior party. They were rented a cruise ship to take them to an island and back. An all night party on a cruise ship, what could be better? Sara still was having financial problems. Bubba still was handling the money. This time he bet it on a basketball game: Celtics vs. Lakers. He bet on the Lakers, the game was that night, and Sara hoped that they would win. Russ was in jail for cutting down the varsity tree but Sara knew he didn't do it. She was going to pick him up for the train station. He was let out for the last day of school. Sara was passing out yearbooks in the morning. She saw Michael and Clair who became friends and told Michael that Jessica would be there later. She also ran into Bubba who wrote a very disturbing sexual message for her in her yearbook. Sara was hoping that she would not have to sleep with him, that she could avoid it. Meanwhile, Michael had tracked down Clark. He found out from the yearbook what school he went to. He attended a few days at that school acting like a new kid and questioned people about Clark. No one knew much about him. One guy did though. He used to go riding on his motorcycle with Clark and Clark would always go to this one gas station where he knew this one guy. Michael went to the gas station and followed Clark home to find out where he lived. Clark had Bubba get him a gun from Kats and copy the keys of Polly's house so he can examine it once more. He saved this all for this last day, hopefully, he could clear Alice's name on the cruise tonight. But first, he had to go be valedictorian for the graduation. Everyone was at the graduation. Nick had picked up Maria who was in a wheel chair and Sara had picked up Russ. After graduation Michael had very little time to discover Alice's murderer. He went to Polly's and discovered that there was a shingle broken off with shotgun pellets in it, it was shot off. And he had gone to talk to the man who did the autopsy on Alice. He found out that Alice definitely was not killed by the shot, she was killed by getting hit in the face. Jessica knew now that she did love Michael but didn't know if he felt the same. At the moment she was interested in Bill.
She didn't care for him, she just wanted to have fun. They ran into Bubba who thought Sara was buying the stuff for when they get together that night. Michael met Clark and talked to him about Alice's death. Clark said he didn't do it but he saw Michael reaching for his gun. He said he didn't do it then hit Michael over the head and ran off. When Michael woke up, he realized he was unconscious, he made it just in time for the boat to leave. Meanwhile Clark showed up at Polly's. He told everything was all her friends' fault, Alice would have never died if there was never a party. Then he convinced her to bring some explosives onto the boat and gather them all into one area. It was now time for the cruise. Everyone was aboard. Both Michael and Maria were trying to gather everyone to a meeting about Alice's death. Polly was planting explosives along with Clark. Sara and Jessica were planning their experiences with Russ and Bill. And even Kats had a surprise in store for the senior class. The party had already begun; the question was if they were going to survive it. Be sure to check out Final Friends- Book 1: The Party, and Final Friends- Book 2: The Dance.

They put a magnet above Big Beth's head while she was laying down and asked her body questions, if her body answered yes one leg would get slightly longer than the other by her hip shifting. Even if they thought the question in their head. Soon later they put Shari into a trance so they could talk to a spirit, hoping it was Jeff's dead brother, Peter. Whisper Of Death
Christopher Pike Book
Life is ordinary in the little town of Salem until Betty Sue committed suicide. Betty Sue was a very strange girl. Nobody really knew her; she was very odd, it was almost as if she was a witch of some sort. She was a writer who loved to write short stories but the topics were often disturbing. With all the weird stuff she does, it was no surprise to the students of Salem High when she lit a gas station into flames and blew her self up along with it. Nobody even seemed affected much except for a group of a few people, who were all closely related to her for some reason. Rox is pretty normal girl. One day when she was outside, a couple weeks before Betty Sue's death, she met a pretty interesting guy named Pepper. Soon after they met, Rox and Pepper hit it off and started dating. The were a pretty good couple. They got close enough that they decided to take another step and have sex. But, not having protection, the outcome was not very lovely. Roxanne was pregnant. She talked to Pepper about keeping the baby. She didn't believe in abortion and felt she could handle the kid if Pepper was willing to help. Pepper freaked out and told her to get an abortion and that he would pay for half of it. Wanting to get it over with and make Pepper happy, Rox agreed. Pepper took her out of town to a clinic where the operation could be performed. She got there and went into the room and the doctor started doing some stuff. The doctor left the room for a few minutes and during this time Rox was suddenly reminded of Betty Sue for some reason. And then her conscience comes into play and she decides not to go through with the abortion. She leaves in the middle of the operation. Pepper thinks she got the operation done, even though it must've been real quick, and drives her home. On the way home, they stop at a gas station. They pulled into it and the gas station was completely abandoned. When Rox saw the cash register open she guessed it had been robbed and decided to leave. On the road, Rox took over driving while Pepper slept and off to the side of the road she saw a hitchhiker, but strangely the hitchhiker looked very familiar. They finally got back to town. It was late so no one was outside. Rox's parents weren't home either, she had guessed they went out. She went to her room and slept until the next morning. The next morning she woke, to find her parents had not returned. She decided to go outside to check out the town, but she finds the town strangely abandoned. She returns home and calls Pepper, but there is no answer. She wanders around town until she finally runs into Pepper. The same thing happened to him, his family had also not returned. After wandering some more they decide to go to the bank to see if anyone was there. There they called in and someone was there. A bullet shot rang out and Rox got the bullet in her leg. Pepper got angry and demanded who it was who shot Rox. It was another guy from school named Helter and he hadn't realized that they were people he knew. He had found the same thing true too; everyone seemed to be missing. The decided to wander around town to find more people, but as much as they looked, it seemed that it was true... Master Of Murder
Christopher Pike Book
Marvin is a regular 17-year-old. He lives in the small town of Sesa, Oregon and he's a senior at Sesa High. He gets okay grades in school and lives in an okay sized house. But Marvin isn't as regular as he may seem to others. Mack Slate is the author of the young adult mystery/horror books everyone is hooked on. Everyone is waiting for the last of his series to come out, they are all curious who killed the beautiful girl, Ann. Marvin has a secret.... He is Mack slate. The only people who know that he is Mack Slate are himself and his sister Ann. His publisher, editor or anyone in the business doesn't even know his real name is Marvin or that he is only 17. Marvin lives in a house with his mom and dad. Both who are drunk constantly. There is not a day he would come home and not smell any vodka. They didn't even realize that when they were low on money, Marvin was helping on their bills. Marvin is a millionaire. But he can't tell his parents he is Mack Slate because of the fear that his dad will steal all of his money on a drunken rage. And he can't tell kids at school because he could never live a normal life and his dad would soon find out. But he gets enough joy out of seeing all the people reading his books with smiles on his face. Sometimes in class the students will get into a class discussion about Mack Slate and what they think he is like or looks like. The so-called "Mack Slate" will be sitting across from them laughing at who they think he is and they didn't even know it. Even though it would be incredibly easy to get a girl if they knew he was Mack Slate or if he actually meets one of his fans, of which he often calls up for steamy chats when he gets bored, but Marvin himself doesn't get girls too easily. There is one girl. Her name is Shelly. Last year before he started writing the current series, he went out with her. But he didn't know that at the same time she was also going out with a guy named Harry. He found out but didn't think she was too serious about him. Till he committed suicide. Shelly didn't talk to Marvin anymore. She was too sad that Harry had died. Now a year later, Marvin is finally going to ask her out again. Marvin does so, and she says she'll go out with him. They had a great date, riding around on his motorcycle. Though it was very odd, she made him stop on the bridge above the river as she looked down. Marvin was very uneasy. Why was she so interested in this spot of the bridge? She could fall off. Well after the date they went to Shelly's house where Marvin managed to get her to come into the Jacuzzi with him, naked. But then things started to change. Shelly became serious, got dressed and walked into the front room. She needed Marvin's help. She wanted him to investigate Harry's suicide. Because she thinks it was murder. Well Marvin, being very in love with Shelly, did so. He found out that he was killed or committed suicide on that spot of the bridge Shelly stopped at. After putting together many pieces Marvin figured it out. Harry got angry about Shelly and him and made a plot to kill Marvin. He would pull a rope across the bridge right when he would zoom across on the motorcycle at 60-90 mph. That would surely hurt him, if not kill him. There was only 1 mistake in Harry's plan. He couldn't keep himself on the side of the bride. He fell off by accident and was killed, accidentally. But then Harry's murder gets a little more confusing when Triad comes into the story. Triad was Harry's best friend. But he really liked Shelly and was jealous of Harry. After hitting his father because he was in a drunken rage, Marvin rode out into the night to find Shelly in the Jacuzzi with Triad. Shelly was talking about how she was using Marvin to find out about Harry's death and how she didn't really want to go out with him. Very confused and upset, Marvin decides that Harry's plan was great, and who better to perfect it, than Mack Slate himself? He is after all, the master of murder. He will plan to kill Triad; then, he will decide what to do with Shelly. During this all, he starts to realize that the whole series he just wrote was about Harry's death. Ann was Harry, and just like he doesn't yet know how to end his series because he doesn't know who killed Ann, he also doesn't know who killed Harry or if it was just an accident. That is just something he will have to find out. Because now, it seems, that he will be writing about his own murder too... I love this book because the plot is really confusing but good. It kept making me think throughout the book that maybe the author of this book, Christopher Pike thought like him, or ever thought about murder, or even just acted like Marvin at times? I really loved the book because it was from a writer's point of view, which you often don't get to see. And who is better at murder... than an author of murder series'?...

The Eternal Enemy
Rela was just a normal teenager. She liked cookies and boys. She really liked this boy named Christopher. She was adopted by a minister after being found wandering the streets in a hospital gown three months ago. She doesn't really remember her parents. Her life was normal, not perfect but normal. Until she bought... the VCR. Rela's foster dad didn't have a VCR. So Rela decided to buy one with her cash she earned at her after school job. She only had 200 dollars. Rela went to the appliance store to look for one. An employee came up to her to help her. His name was Ed. She told him she was looking for a VCR. He showed her the VCR isle. She saw most of the prices were $300-$400. Ed said she should buy a 4-head VCR. Rela told Ed that she only had enough for a 2-head. She walked over to the 2-headed VCR section. Ed followed her and convinced her she had to buy a 4-head VCR so she could have slow motion. Ed let Rela by. He let her get it for $280 instead of $340. He also let her write a post-dated check for the $80 that she didn't have. She would have 80 days to pay it off. Rela than had a VCR. She was going to have a party that Saturday. Rela and her friend, Stacy invited tons of people. Rela was going to invite Chris but she was to shy to ask him. She asked Stacy if he was going out with anyone and she said she has seen him with a girl named Debbie a lot. After math Chris came up to Rela. He said she looked like she had a good time on the test because she finished first. Rela said she had to study hard for it but she was lying because, for some reason, Rela didn't have to study for math. It just came to her mind; it was a cinch to her. Chris told Rela that Stacy told him that she was having a party and wanted to invite him. Rela agreed that was true. He said he really wanted to go. He asked if she would mind if he brought a friend. Rela really didn't want him to because she was afraid he would bring Debbie. But she let him because she didn't want to be mean. Rela set up the VCR and set it to record a movie that night. At night Rela was having a nightmare with a reclining chair in a small room with a few shadows that resembled people. There was a computer and a very sharp blade. Chris had come to the party with Debbie just as Rela expected. They played a lot of games. They played a game where they had to name a bunch of old songs from shows and, without looking at the answers, Rela got every one right. While the others were playing games Christopher came over to Rela to talk to her. He said that he wanted time to talk to her. Rela said it was hard to talk to him when Debbie was always hanging around him. Chris said that Debbie was his cousin. They all went into the front room to watch the movie Rela tapped on her VCR. They turned it on and all that was there was a news program. So they watched Lethal Weapon instead. After the party Chris asked Rela if she would like to go out with him sometime and she had said yes. When he left she curiously watched the tape wondering why it didn't tape the movie she wanted it to tape. But while watching the movie she noticed something unusual about the news... It was tomorrow's news!Click To Read About Or Buy This Book
